• o   Develop a marketing strategy for the fundraising activity

  o   Design flyers and other marketing material for events, activities, and programs by the beginning of each quarter

  o   Post flyers and update them for all up-coming events one week prior up-coming events and activities

  o   Send the flyers to the Secretary for the newsletter distribution;

  o   Maintain and update the Bulletin Board; collect pictures from Director of Activities

  o   Collect information about ALPFA LA and other student organizations; create flyers with relevant information for the Bulletin Board

  o   Keep on file past marketing materials
